Skills the agent has shown, pulled automatically from past sessions. Each agent gets better at its job without me teaching it by hand.

Each agent knows who else is on the team and how everyone fits together. Agents coordinate properly instead of working in isolation.

Process preferences the agent picks up from my feedback. Corrections stick, so I’m not giving the same guidance twice.
